CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy At Anchor & Vine, your appointment time is thoughtfully reserved just for you. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling needs. This allows us the opportunity to care for other guests. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and respect for our time, and we are committed to providing you with the same level of care and consideration.
